Fueled By Imagination

Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency is at the forefront of Japan’s space development. No matter how massive the machinery or how sophisticated the technology, what lies at their very core is a childlike imagination. Focusing on this starting point of all space exploration, we implemented an internal branding initiative designed to awaken it. We created illustrations that depict JAXA’s cutting-edge technologies as if seen through a child’s eyes. Using these designs, an exhibition was staged inside JAXA facilities. The designs were also adapted into tools such as posters and calendars.
