Freedom Candles

Amnesty wanted to create a tangible example of the terrible injustices they fight against that could also celebrate the lasting change they're fighting for. Freedom Candles represent the change Amnesty brings to real people. To create them, Ogilvy & Mather London collaborated with renowned artists Coarse, known for their meticulously detailed collector toys. Inside each candle is a bronze statue that symbolises real stories of change. Coarse's attention to craft brings out the emotion of the issues and people involved. The candles were auctioned as collectable art.
