Be Equitable

Be Equitable (BE) is a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy known for its industry-leading unconscious bias training. But in the midst of the BLM movement, BE was driven to do more. Training sessions wouldn’t create systemic change – businesses needed a long-term, strategic partner. With a new offering, new name, and a new leader, BE needed a new way of representing itself. Balancing an outspoken attitude with an optimistic approach, each element of BE’s new identity is tied to its work, forming a toolkit that demonstrates what it truly means to be equitable.
