They should support existing cultural or functional behavioural – instead of expecting people to conform to an ideal product use-case – and be created to reduce harm to the environment from a materials and manufacturing standpoint. AWA went the extra mile and worked alongside its primary audience. As individuals use this soap in their rivers to clean clothes, AWA cleans the rivers at the same time.
