Biscottificio Mattei has been tying a blue twine around its cantucci packages since 1858. That simple, unchanged gesture became the insight for the new visual and verbal storytelling. The blue twine as symbol: of connection, of memory, of the moments that begin the instant that knot is untied. A visual system built around what was already there, told entirely through Tuscan creative voices (illustrator, photographer, typeface) for a brand that didn't need reinventing. It needed revealing.
