ANNA

In a competitive market, our client wanted to create an efficient business service to crush finance admin. We called it ANNA: ‘Absolutely No Nonsense Admin’. ANNA is a digital assistant that can send invoices and chase payments. It is an app, card and business account. We asked 'What does a friendly A.I assistant look like? We added warmth and charm, the opposite of the usual standards in Fintech. Taking inspiration from doodles that a human assistant might create, we asked illustrator Alice Bowsher to be ANNAs ‘handwriting’ across the brand. Post-launch ANNA has over 3500 customers.
