Renowned for her retina-searingly bright outfits, in her six years at the agency Katie has worked across Match.com, Beck's, Boots and Smirnoff, and currently leads the IKEA and Diageo business. A fan of tasting menus, hosier and (sadly) Scottish rugby, Katie was also behind Mother's recent feminism initiatives - Project Bush and Make Them Pay.
