Zak Kyes is a Swiss-American creative director and founder of Zak Group. He graduated from California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). As a teenager he discovered the work of the Bauhaus-trained designer Herbert Bayer, whose hybrid body of work fused art, graphic design and architecture. This formative model, combined with contemporary culture, has informed Kyes’ collaborative, interdisciplinary practice.
