Meters Series

The Meters Series is a publication focusing on mountain literature. There have already been eight volumes published in this series. For professional mountaineers, each goal and mountain has a representative number: the height of mountains, such as Mount Everest (8,848 metres), Chogori (8,611 metres), and Kanchenjunga (8,586 metres). The height of a mountain is the clearest indicator of how difficult it is to climb. Its equivalent in reading is the number of words, pages, and layout sizes, so the design of the Meters Series is characterised by these figures.
