Staging the new BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé as the most luxurious car BMW has ever built demands the unseen. To embody this, Serviceplan Germany needed a special form of photography that emphasised both the car’s status as well as the values it encompassed: the BMW was photographed through the facets of a cut jewel. This creates artefacts of refracted light that make each motif unpredictably unique.
