The Power of Privacy

Silent Circle, the world’s leading encrypted mobile company, wanted to shine a light on the way technology is transforming privacy – to help people understand the pitfalls and prompt them to consider if they should do more to keep control of their data. We created a series of beautiful documentary shorts, in which journalist and geek Aleks Krotoski travelled the world, undergoing challenges to get under the skin of privacy in the digital age - getting her laptop hacked at DEF CON, using open source data to map radioactive fallout in Fukashima, and spending 24 hours in the latest smart home.
