The ORBIS flying eye hospital saves the sight of thousands suffering from avoidable blindness all over the world. It’s difficult to appreciate what it’s like to suffer from a degenerative eye disease. To give people an idea, we created six type-driven posters. Each employed barely legible messages inspired by the visual impairment of various eye diseases. The copy reads: ‘Can’t see, can’t read, can’t learn, can’t see, can’t read, can’t learn. Don’t let this be the story of a child’s life.’
