CO-1 10th Anniversary Poster

The project was designing a ten-year anniversary poster for an art school. We played around with the Chinese character ‘ten years’, using the traditional Chinese word ‘ten’ to replace the modern word ‘ten’. For the word ‘year’, we replaced it with a word with the same pronunciation, ‘link’, which added the idea of continuity. This represents the ten years’ support the art school has given to students’ development. We used the wooden frame as the main construction material for the poster; the frame is the foundation of a painting, which reflects the art school’s supportive role to the students.
