wells&more Brochure

Wells&more is a new London office building on the corner of Wells and Mortimer streets.The brand concept is based around the pairing of words to deliver the selling points, such as wine&dine, here&there, and size&scale. Property marketing brochures are often a dull affair. In order to stand out and be memorable, an original mechanic was used to show the readerhighly graphical content when flipped in one direction, and beautiful high gloss architectural photography when flipped the other way. This was achieved by trimming 5mm off every other page. The back&forth concept was the ultimate manifestation of the brand concept.
