Social trendsetters are already using Spotify to share music with their friends daily. However, they cannot see how those recommendations perform within their circles and what music their friends are enjoying.

Spotify Charts solves this. By creating a playlist that updates in real-time and tracks your personal groups listening, users can see what's popular among the people that matter most to them. Each song within the playlist shows the user that discovered it — enticing members of the group to share new music so they increase their presence on the charts.

Spotify Charts allows friends to connect directly on the app — both discovering, and sharing new music. It brings social circles closer, and enables everyone to take control of the charts.
