Śakra

Śakra is a book on the famous Chinese martial arts story The Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, finished in traditional perforated wire binding. The striking nature of the theme was emphasised by the use of raw edges in the design, including the paper in the centre of the book. Different paper types and printing methods were chosen according to the various scenes in the movie. The text is also presented in Chinese calligraphy.
