A uniform shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all solution. Especially at Burger King, the home of "Have it Your Way.” So instead, JKR built a gender-neutral style that flatters every shape, inspired by contemporary streetwear and pop fashion of the 60s and 70s. Then BK allowed each crew member to customise them further with pins, multiple hat options and other accessories. The final result is unique, yet evokes familiarity.
