Tokyo City Symphony

Mori Building is an urban developer that wants to turn Tokyo into a global metropolis. Using 3D projection mapping on a 1:1000 scale, we created an interactive miniature Tokyo. Our idea was to give users the chance of holding the world’s most exciting city in their own hands, allowing them to experience a microcosm of the vibrant diversity and infinite possibilities offered by Tokyo. Users can also create their own aural score for their experience by pressing certain keys on the keyboard, utilising various styles like ‘Future’, ‘Rock’ and ‘EDO’. Each symphony can also be uploaded to the project itself.
