Threaded Special Ed.21: The Te Pō & Te Ao Mārama Issue

Threaded's special issue was conceived thematically, graphically, and structurally around contemporary Māori viewpoints in publication design. Visual and textual signifiers, coupled with AR sonic experiences using sound and moving image, were used to illustrate Māori cultural and spiritual concepts. Each interview is based on the idea of speculation and reflection, examining a range of meaning-making practices.
