SOLAMENT Hope Wear

HOPE WEAR is workwear designed to protect outdoor workers in an era of global boiling. Powered by SOLAMENT, a proprietary material by Sumitomo Metal Mining, it absorbs and blocks near-infrared light at the fabric surface, preventing heat transfer. Combined with built-in fans, it reduces perceived temperature by up to 19°C. A 3D pattern algorithm cuts fabric waste by 60%. It is estimated to recover up to 65 million working hours for farmers in one summer. A group pilot and sales are planned for 2026, with expansion into logistics, construction, and rail underway.
