D'Ieteren, the leading car distributor in Belgium, was launching its new private transport service, Husk, in a saturated market. With a minimal budget, paid media was out of the question, so to attract attention in a cost effective way, D'leteren tackled Belgium's most shameful transport problem. Husk voluntarily made its minibus fleet and planning technology available, reducing the average single ride time of nearly three hours to just 36 minutes.
