On Hold Music Festival

Brazilians waste on average 29 minutes listening to boring hold music when trying to contact call centres. To celebrate World Consumer Day, ReclameAQUi turned the tables so thousands of complaints could be heard. Three of Brazilian's biggest bands were invited to play hold songs on pop-up stages right in front of the corporate HQs that were the biggest offenders.
