Lost & Found
Lost & Found
Göteborgstryckeriet is at the cutting edge of Sweden’s printing houses. In 2011 it invested in a printing press for advanced foiling and embossing. To communicate this to a select target group, the challenge was to create a desirable object. Avoiding a stereotypical imagery, we created a fictitious lost and found department at Göteborgstryckeriet. Using sophisticated techniques, tiny ordinary objects became extraordinary. The trompe l’œil publication caused a mail server crash at the printers, since hundreds of people ordered the book within less than an hour after the release.
