Japanese media coverage and interest in disaster preparedness have dwindled since 2011's devastating earthquake. So Yahoo! JAPAN decided to re-imagine the sheer scale of the disaster by drawing a 16.7-metre-high line on a Tokyo landmark. As a result, the public were reminded once again of the importance of being vigilant.
