Glød Light Festival

Glød is a light festival in Stavanger, Norway, first held in January 2024. The festival aims to increase people's joy and quality of life during the darkest time of the year, creating lifelong memories. Glød is a celebration of light, creativity, and community. To bring the brand to life, we created a visual identity that moves between the informative, playful, and lively. The solution is typographic at its core. Inspired by the bokeh effect –referencing depth of field and shifting focus – creating a profile that emulates the vibrancy and dynamism of light.
