Fukt Magazine #20 The Faces Issue Cover

Creating portraits is as old as humanity, but what does that mean today, especially in the age of selfies and social media? Contemporary drawing magazine FUKT used its 20th to explore and celebrate the human face. Featuring drawings by 34 contemporary artists, the issue delved into the world of portraiture and the face in contemporary art. Inside the magazine was a range of unique takes on the relationship between the face and drawing, including face blindness, courtroom drawings and facial recognition.
