Dekho: Conversations on Design in India

Dekho is an anthology of inspirational conversations with designers in India, probing their stories for approaches that are unique to Indian design. In Hindi, the word Dekho means ‘to see’ and the book’s cover plays on the tension between the verb's immediate simplicity and its subtler connotations. It is at once a direct representation of the activity and yet, with its intentionally high-contrast and complex graphics, it demands another look.
