Cheung Chau Tells
Cheung Chau Tells
“Cheung Chau Tells” interviews 25 individuals from various industries, ages, and backgrounds, allowing them to share the history, culture, lifestyle, and stories of Cheung Chau. There is a local saying that everyone is "driftwood," meaning that people come from all corners of the world, like wood washed up on the beach. Cheung Chau is a multicultural island, originally inhabited mainly by fishermen from different cities in mainland China. Cheung Chau is like a microcosm of Hong Kong, and the stories of its residents reflect the stories of all Hong Kong people.
