60th Golden Horse Awards

We took the lead in crafting the visuals for the 60th Golden Horse Awards. To fully conceptualize this idea of ‘life’, we returned to the purest form of animation — hand-drawn animation. We collaborated with a team of 15 artists to create the opening sequence and 24 nominations, with over 1000 meticulously hand-drawn frames seeking to capture the transience of daily life. A mixed media of crayons, charcoal, pastels, acrylics, and oil pastels worked to express the organics of living. Imperfect but irreplicable strokes of hand-drawn art provided a genuine, emotional experience.
