Valerie Lasser is a Senior Editor at Big Sky Edit, a state of the art film-editing boutique in NYC. Cutting commercials for over 20 years with agencies such as Y&R, McCann, Publicis, McGarry Bowen, GS&P, Arnold, AFG&. As a creative partner with Ogilvy, Valerie cut the AICE “Best of NY” nominated American Express ad “Members Projects” which explored the history of the brand utilizing footage from 50 years of archives. Winner at the 2011 AICE Awards for the Bryan Buckley directed short “No Autographs”, led to more doc style projects including Elizabeth Arden’s “Her Story” web content, Verizon’s “Potential Of Us” campaign, and GLAAD’s Southern Stories Series”. Feature film work includes "Eavesdrop", “The Independent”, supervising sound editor on the Jerry Seinfeld documentary "Comedian”, additional editing on the Sydney Pollack film "Sketches of Frank Gehry", and many other post-production credits...Read more
