I’m lucky to find myself doing what I love, exploring how design and technology might impact, influence and change the way people live. You’ll find me happiest immersed in research, running workshops and designing with users to bring meaningful products and services to life. I thrive on finding opportunities where design might augment, amplify or enhance an experience.
Being one of the first Service Designers hired at Wunderman I’ve been responsible for helping establish it as a practice now centre to their offering. This has seen us grow from a team of two to nine, working for Dyson, Huawei, EY, and BT along the way.
For me design is to identify, investigate, and validate opportunities, then craft, test and ship a proposition. My role has been to help plan, conduct, and lead inter- disciplinary teams through this process. I’ve had to establish new cultures, challenge existing processes and ensure our team has had the space to flourish, while working across Wunderman’s range of clients.
This year I've completed IDEO's Leading for Creativity course and won a D&AD New Blood Pencil.
