Jo is co-founder and chief client officer at Hope&Glory, one of the UK’s top Independent consumer PR shops. She started the agency with James Gordon-MacIntosh at the end of 2011 having previously worked with him at Omnicom-owned Seventy Seven PR, where she was managing partner.
Jo has over twenty five years PR experience, including a long stint at UK consumer agency QBO before it was acquired by Chime Communications in 2001. She started her PR career in Hong Kong before moving to London in the late nineties and has spent her entire career working agency side. Jo still gets a kick out of making sure her clients are happy and ensuring the team are delivering their very best work. Currently she works with clients including IKEA, Uber, Airbnb, O2 and Barclays.
She is known as the voice of reason in the Hope&Glory office, and is good at keeping everyone calm under pressure, a skill she attributes to having two very boisterous sons at home.
