FAQs
The power of in-person learning
Stepping away from the day-to-day of your business isn’t easy, but that’s exactly what makes this experience so powerful.
Who is it for?
Experienced professionals ready to stretch their thinking, deepen their leadership, and give creativity a more influential voice in their organisation.
- Creative Directors, Executive Creative Directors, and Heads of Department
- Founders or CEOs of creative businesses
- Senior leaders responsible for setting creative vision and influencing business strategy
- Those leading multi-disciplinary teams or managing large-scale creative projects
- Leaders navigating complex organisations and stakeholder environments
- Individuals driving innovation and change at a strategic level
- Professionals looking to connect with a peer group of senior creative leaders
Why is the intake limited?
We deliberately limit our intake to just 17 people for:
- Real relationships: Lasting connections with fellow leaders through shared experiences.
- Deeper conversations: An in-person environment fosters honest and impactful dialogue.
- Unfiltered learning: Spontaneous moments — like coffee breaks, informal chats, and shared reflections — often lead to the biggest insights.
How do I apply?
To ensure a high-impact learning experience, we carefully select a cohort of peers who will challenge, support, and inspire one another as much as the speakers.
All applicants complete a short application form, after which a select group will be shortlisted and offered a place.
The cohort is intentionally small — no more than 17 participants — to allow for deep connection, meaningful collaboration, and personalised development.
How much time will it take?
Delivered over three months, the programme blends in-person and virtual learning:
- Five full in-person days (across Modules 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6)
- Two live virtual half-days (Module 4)
- Final virtual presentation to close the programme

In-person Part 2: May dates TBC (depending on judging)

Why are we running this?
Creative leadership isn’t about managing process - it’s about holding space, making decisions in ambiguity, challenging the status quo, and showing up authentically.
Leadership isn't a skill you "complete", it's a continuous, adaptive process of learning, reflecting, and evolving in response to changing contexts, people, and challenges.
We have created something that went beyond skills and tick-box development to build a programme that shapes people, not just roles.
