What it is
Shift Studio is made up of hand-picked graduates from the D&AD Shift programme in which they have undergone rigorous training and development, learning from the best of the best across creative industries. Together, this diverse Studio form bespoke teams of strategists, designers, art directors, copywriters, filmmakers, producers, and project managers who tackle business challenges across the full creative spectrum, from research and strategy to ideation and production.
Seamlessly integrating into your team, they are ready to partner with brands, agencies, and studios on creative projects - bringing fresh, authentic, culturally grounded ideas designed to connect with today’s audiences and the markets you serve.

Who we’ve worked with
Delta Air Lines partnered with Shift Studio to develop a campaign highlighting its community engagement initiatives. Over the course of three months, a team of Shifters—guided by a D&AD ECD —collaborated closely with WindowSeat, Delta’s in-house agency, from strategy through production. Together, they created a series of television commercials and social media content that brought Delta’s commitment to community to life.
Disney partnered with Shift Studio to deliver a concept sprint for a campaign that would engage and onboard an audience of young, diverse, socially conscious consumers to National Geographic. Over 5 weeks and guided by a D&AD ECD, 4 teams of Shifters went from brief to full pitches, providing actionable insights to the National Geographic team.
Adobe partnered with Shift Studio to create social communications to promote at least one of the new product innovations launched at Adobe Max. 3 Studio creatives were selected to storyboard, present, shoot and produce assets that ran across multiple Adobe social media channels as well as posting on their own channels. The creatives developed a common thread that would tie their individual stories together but enable them to retain their own style of content.
