Simon Black has spent almost his entire career with Design Bridge - from its early days as a fiercely independent boutique packaging agency to becoming a leading light in the WPP array as a full-service and truly international Brand Design Agency. Transforming brand-led outcomes - often from good to great, has been my life's work as a strategist who loves original stories and turning them in to brand equity. That's what I do and whilst data has its role, no doubt more than ever... there is more than room for emotions and feelings to play their part in how humans respond to propositions. So, I have taken all my experiences with the tremendous brands I have led the work for Design Bridge to my new venture called "It's Emotional" - a reminder that originality and success intersect through wonderful creativity. To get there - well, "it's people who build brands" (says the great Helen Urwin) so my expertise is working with teams towards creating excellence in brand-led behaviours and strategy for brands.
