Sensei

Sensei is tackling the need for more inclusive spaces that are accessible to visually impaired people, by designing a range of tactile wayfinding surfaces that depict a particular room in an interior space. These can be easily placed on the walls, allowing people to use their sense of touch, or on the floors for people with a white cane. Five tactile surfaces have been designed so far, depicting a corridor, washroom, emergency exit, cafeteria, and elevator.
