This collection brings together the works of Leng Bingchuan, a contemporary Chinese artist, containing more than 120 works from the 1980s through to today. The uniqueness of these works lies in the fact that the artist innovated his own 'painting' method, which he called 'ink engraving'. The simple and clean carved lines in the works, interspersed with the artist's unique poetic words, let us have an insight into his straightforward, pure, strong and distinctive artistic characteristics, reflecting the elegance and depth of Chinese art.
