MSSNG - DNA Music

To drive awareness and raise funds to Autism Speaks’ DNA database research, we created original music from the very thing that holds the answers to autism: DNA. We’ve assigned symphonic notes to letters of a DNA sequence present in people with autism, and composited an entire song based on it. Each musical note is played in the order of the DNA sequence. We then overlapped different parts of the sequence, to create beautiful textures.
