Council Flats

The new TV Licensing Database contains the address of every home in the UK. To dramatise this we used the visual similarity of a circuit board and a city grid. We manipulated and constructed our own section of circuitry which we lit and shot to imitate a city shot at dawn from the air. If you’re in the city, you’re in the database.
