Pencil Calendar

Our clients always look forward to our annual take on the calendar theme. This year, the starting point was a ‘back to basics’ idea. We wanted to create something using the designer's most important tool: the pencil. From this initial idea, the concept of a tactile, interactive pencil calendar developed. The resulting calendar consists of 12 colour coded pencils indicating the seasons of the year and featuring the days printed along the whole length of the pencil. The close-fitting pencil box carries the message ’12 pencils, 365 days. Infinite creative possibilities’. No further packaging is required for posting. Promotionally, the opportunity to sharpen off 365 days gives the Mytton Williams name maximum exposure.
