The Very First Magazine 2006

'The Very First Magazine 2006' is a creative collaboration of 12 young designers from the Asia Pacific region for the paper company Antalis (Hong Kong) Ltd. They invited us to design a calendar for 2006. We came up with an interesting idea of publishing a calendar magazine by mixing the concepts of calendar, magazine and visual diary in an unconventional way. We invited the 12 contributors to make their individual issue based on the month assigned. Their personal thoughts and creative views were explored on paper, generating a fascinating mixture of their various cultural backgrounds.
