Menopause Journeys

The car is a great place to bring up tricky conversations. It’s private, relaxed, and you can gaze at the road ahead. ‘Menopause Journeys’ repositions menopause as a natural journey by encouraging people to start talking about it in the car. Refinery29 will launch a web series of car chats, amplifying people’s experiences of menopause. These will be accompanied by a series of conversation prompts to make having real car conversations easier. We know that car chats are just the beginning in normalising conversations around menopause, so we’re going to curate a global map where people can share their experience as voice notes or have a listen to each other's journeys.
