Consent Create

Research shows that education about consent must begin from a young age for people with Down syndrome, as consent refers to much more than intimacy! By being able to better apply consent to a wide variety of situations, such as within childhood friendships, people with Down syndrome will be better equipped for intimacy, when the time comes. 'Consent create' is a learning tool seeking to build lasting understandings of consent for the Down syndrome community. 21 GRAMS will partner with LEGO, to help people with Down syndrome of all ages make positive consensual decisions for themselves.
