VG Typeface Family

VG is Norway's most-read newspaper, with over 2 million daily readers. For their biggest visual transformation in over a decade, we were commissioned to develop a bespoke type system - three typeface families engineered to function as one coherent editorial voice across every platform and context, from breaking news on mobile to outdoor campaigns, from weather widgets to long-form features. A system genuinely built for its context, not adapted from a generic brief.
