Tip Time

In 2024, delivery riders in Saudi Arabia faced a harrowing reality, with 22 deaths and 253 injuries reported. Distressingly, this number is on the rise. Riders are always in a constant battle with 'Time. Or else they face the wrath of customers. If they could get a little extra time to make their deliveries, it would greatly reduce the risks they face on the road. To take the pressure off their riders, HungerStation added a new feature to their app: "TIP with TIME". With every tip, riders received a notification that showed the extra time they had to deliver, letting them ride safely.
