The Painted Screen Past and Future

This is an exhibition book about Chinese screens, which includes two parts: traditional screens and contemporary screens. The traditional screen section is further divided into two parts: five academic essays and pictures section. The pictures section shows various artworks related to Chinese screens from the Warring States Period to modern times. The one on contemporary screens shows screen-related artworks created by nine contemporary artists.
