The Great Blandini

The objective was to create an identity for the highly skilled retoucher Stephen Bland. He wanted a fun solution that would appeal to the creative industry. Stephen is a retoucher extraordinaire, multi-skilled in the mysterious ways of Photoshop, and a true Mac wizard. So it was that Stephen Bland revealed himself to be The Great Blandini. An engaging, Victorian-inspired typographic look and feel unfolded, referencing an era when magic was still truly magical. Together we developed a distinct tone of voice based around an amusing combination of modern day, technical terminology and Victorian English.
