During the Second World War, Czech riders dismantled their bikes and hid them amongst household objects so they couldn't be confiscated and used by the Nazis. Exhaust pipes were hidden in heaters and forks scattered amidst tools. Y&R Prague paid tribute to this intelligent, defiant act and marked the anniversary of the end of the war in these stylish press ads for Harley-Davidson.
