Sakkal Saad
Sakkal Saad
Sakkal Saad is a friendly handwritten Naskh that fuses mid‑20th‑century Arab newspaper and poster vernacular with a contemporary sensibility. Drawing on 1960s–1980s editorial typography, it channels that era’s energetic modulation, tight copyfit, and optimistic tone. Together, Sakkal Saad and Sakkal Saad Poster span 12 weights, providing a versatile design system. In Sakkal Saad Poster, the heavier weights increase in contrast along the baseline stroke to take up more vertical space with a commanding presence that still only barely extends words horizontally across a line.
