Red Giants

Red Giants is a custom display sans for Selangor Football Club, drawing from the geometry of the SFC emblem, the bold fields of the Selangor flag, and the physicality of the wildebeest—its former symbol. Its condensed proportions convey a sense of giantness: bold, towering, and dominant. Angular incisions in O, S, C, and G echo the crest’s facets, while upward ticks and horn-like terminals in S and C suggest strength and momentum. Dynamic curves in alternate A and G capture the arc of a football in motion. Alternate numerals for jerseys enhance dynamism while remaining legible in play.
